Refund policy

At Shop Deeda, every item is carefully checked. If you'd like to return something, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached. 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. 

If you're returning because of a change of mind, you'll usually cover return shipping. If we made a mistake, we'll cover it.

 Each piece is unique and measured individually. Please check the measurements carefully before ordering, as they may not match standard UK sizes
